It should be noted that the statutory remit of the Reviewer does not extend to addressing complaints or issues in relation to individual cases (such as those related to service provision). Such issues should be raised directly with the organisations or bodies involved in line with any existing policies and procedures.
Should you continue to remain dissatisfied with the outcome of any such process, you have the right to raise your concerns through existing statutory mechanisms, such as the Northern Ireland Public Services Ombudsman (NIPSO) who have the powers to investigate unresolved complaints about public bodies in Northern Ireland.
