The Independent Autism Reviewer for Northern Ireland (the Reviewer) is Ema Cubitt, a Ministerial public appointment independent of all Northern Ireland government departments.

The Reviewer reviews the adequacy and effectiveness of care and services for autistic people, their families, and their carers across the whole of Northern Ireland. She also monitors the implementation and impact of the Autism Strategy alongside law, practice, and funding relating to autism.
